Geometric shapes

Hello blogger friends, I hope the week has started off nicely for everyone.
I am with another simple card today, It is a one layer card. I chose a white base, and stamped the triangles from Mama Elephant - zenith shapes. The colors are inspired by a challenge. The sentiment is from Uniko Studios. I added matching sequins to finish off. I hope you all like this simple card.

Neon flower

Happy Monday everyone!
A quick share.
I made a very simple card, using a white base, I started with  heat embossing Heidi Swapp's, mixed media stamp, using a gold embossing powder. I then stamped and colored a flower from Mama Elephant- freestyle blooms., the sentiment is also from the same company but a different set - Water blooms. to finish off I added few rhine stones in pink. I hope you like this simple card.

Big red Dahlias

Good morning, weekend has started here, bit busy now onwards. One child has returned from her week long experience week, so gives me some relief, I was going bit crazy with no children in the home. My son will be back tomorrow evening from Japan. The house hunt was successful too, we signed a new lease yesterday, so will be busy with this move. First time ever furnishing a home outside India, so should be fun! We were always lucky to live in well furnished houses for more than a decade now.

I squeezed in some time for a card or 2 actually ;)
I chose a red textured base, and added a white front, I bought some new crafty supplies from Hong Kong on Thursday, so using those. I chose the dahlias from Mama Elephant - free-stlye blooms.
I stamped in black, and then water colored using distress inks - firebrick and velvet rose.
The sentiment is from WPlusedesign - embroidered bouquet. Finished off with big rhine stones for the flower centers. That's it...oh wait, I did added a black panel to the white front.

here is the card:

CASE-ing Vicki

Hey everyone, I am sharing a card which I made few days back, was bit busy to post it earlier, so here it is.
I am case-ing Vicki Dutcher here, I saw her card STAMPlorations March CASE, and thought of giving my spin at it.
I chose a white base, and added a pattern paper panel, and stamped the front white panel with STAMPlorations - -trendy feathers in different colors, and finished off with the sentiment from the same set, and few rhine stones. Pretty simple card, hope you all like it.

Kindness is your style

Hey everyone, sharing a card which I made just now. I chose a white base, came up with the sentiment on my own ;) I know, please go ahead and laugh :D so it is computer generated. then I added a twine, and I stamped a butterfly from the STAMPlorations - trendy butterfly in black, and I simply dabbed some peacock feathers distress ink on it, and added 3 turquoise rhine stones only. Used foam adhesive to lift up the butterfly. It is a super duper simple card, and I love it.

A bright butterlfy

My second post of the day, well I am really free and bored so sat down to make a card, it is inspired by a couple of challenges.
I chose a white base, and then I adhered a pattern paper panel, and added a vellum butterfly, and then I used a vanilla card stock to die cut another butterfly, I lightly sponge the butterfly using a yellow pigment ink, and decided not to remove the die cut pieces, as the butterfly looks gorgeous with the pattern intact. I had stamped some french knot roses on the butterfly, and then added few rhine stones, and added it using a foam adhesive. The sentiment is stamped from Mama Elephant - water blooms.

Trees in spring

Good morning everyone, it's a quite morning here for me, my daughter is away to Thailand for her school trip and just dropped off my son at the airport, he is going Japan for a week, so will be very quite at home with just hubby and me. As we are on a house hunt, we decided to stay put here and look around rather than our usual travel. I might just to Hong Kong to my craft store ;)

I am sharing a card, which I made 2 days back. Its a simple one layer card. I used the trees from my custom made stamps, this set is sitting unused since August last year. So, finally used it now, I chose pink ink to do the trees, as the trees in this part of the world resemble a lot to this color, and stamped the sentiment from Mama Elephant - Water blooms. I added few sequins and rhine stones to finish off, a super simple card.

Soft colors

A quick share of 2 cards, I hope the weekend is going great for all.
The first one up is a music themed card, I chose a quote and printed it off, and then stamped the rest of the sentiment from Avery Elle Handwritten notes. I used a honeycomb stencil and sponed it with a brown ink, and added the vintage die cut of the gramophone, and a musical note, and a twine tucked underneath, and small punched notes around to finish off.

 ----------------------------------------------------------------------

The second one is a very soft colored card, the colors and sketch are inspired by challenges.
I first stamped the base with feathers from STAMPlorations - trendy feathers in blue and yellow. Then I stamped and heat embossed a set of feathers using clear embossing powder. The tape looking panels are from pattern paper, and the sentiment is from STAMPlorations - old typewriter set.
